Taiyuan Office was established on October 10, 2018 upon approval by Shanxi Provincial Justice Department. As a branch of the large comprehensive Tahota Law Firm, Taiyuan Office is committed to providing clients with high-quality solutions through R & D on environment, resources, energy and security, PPP and other specialties fields, promoting the development of local politics, economy and society, and making contributions to the material and spiritual well-being of staff.

At present, Taiyuan Office has nearly 10 senior partners and more than 10 second-level partners, possesses total 60 lawyers and administrative operation support personnel. It has set up some departments and centers including ecological resources, energy and security department, PPP project department, engineering and real estate department, company commerce department, financial investment department, government affairs department, criminal compliance department, merger and acquisition department, dispute settlement department, intellectual property rights & culture department, wealth management department, HR department, finance & taxation department, etc.
