In recent days, in accordance with the stipulations on Regulation of Mediation Center of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Mediation Center of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission has accomplished the employment work of the mediators. Senior Partner and Management Partner of Tahota Hong Kong Office Yang Jianhong Lawyer and the lawyer of Chongqing Office Fu Daqing Lawyer were assigned as the first batch of mediators of this Mediation Center, with an employment term lasting from June 1, 2019 to May 31, 2023.

The reasons for Trade Arbitration Commission to establish the mediation center are as follows: through the rich dispute solution experience and resources, its principal work, and the positive cooperation with the legal court, it can try the best to promote the establishment of the arbitration mediation and communication system, and realize the “one-stop” services for all kinds of commercial disputes and solution. It plays a significant role in solving the social conflicts, promote the social harmony and build up the modernized and legalized commercial operation environment.
